Doc Decker

When he was just sixteen, Titus was involuntarily enrolled in a group experiment at Sandmont State Penitentiary. Regrettably, the test killed most of the unwilling participants. However, Titus survived and was one of five test subjects that were granted superhuman abilities as part of Project Volution.

After managing to escape his captors, Logan returned home after 18 months to find his house burnt to a crisp and his parents missing. Driven by a desire for vengeance, he quickly hit the streets as the vigilante Doc Decker.

Eventually, he managed to find those responsible for burning his childhood home. That was when he found out those same assailants tied his parents to cinder blocks and threw them at the bottom of the bay.

For the next 15 years or so, Doc Decker became a household name, synonymous with hope and change. Cleaning up the city one street at a time, Titus was long a beacon of good. That’s why, when he heard Marjorie Speltzer was helping to put together the Freedom Society, he had to be one of the first to toss his hat in the ring.
