Along with the traditional superhuman strength and stamina, Billet possesses the power to form a hard steel exterior, covering his entire body.
This power also allows him to form various metal-based weapons and projectiles with his hands — anything from daggers to swords, throwing stars, chains, and much more.
HISTORY AND ORIGIN
Steele was born and raised in upstate New York, a stellar student and athlete all throughout childhood. Steele’s powers first activated in his teen years during a playful scuffle with his brother Clay.
After graduating high school, Steele was awarded two full scholarships to Middle State University, one for academics and one for sports. While there, Steele became best friends with one Richard McCoy (Legend), bonding over the fact that they both possessed powers.
Despite a life some might consider idyllic, Steele’s home life wasn’t necessarily the best growing up. His father died in a work accident, an event Steele’s brother grieved deeply. Between the death of their father and not being born with the same powers of his brother, Clay decided to subject himself to experimentation at CruCorp, a leading conglomerate spanning dozens of industries.
Now, Billet is forced to make sure Clay — his brother-turned-archnemesis — stays in check when not fighting super villains alongside the Legion.
